RETURNS - Our hats and headpieces are of the highest quality and each one is carefully handmade in our atelier in Via de’ Giraldi in Central Florence. It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied and happy with your purchase, so, if, for any reason, your headpiece does not match your expectations, please contact: info@batog.it or +39/3937277980. We will do our best to meet your needs and satisfy you. 

We will gladly exchange your merchandise within ten business days after shipment has been made, provided that:

-       the item is in its original condition with their original tags still attached

-       the item has not been worn, used or damaged or marked

-      the item is returned in its original packaging, with all items that were included with the original purchase.

Merchandise returned to us for exchange must be returned pre-paid, as we are unable to accept COD deliveries. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

We are not liable for the original delivery costs or the return cost unless there is an error on our part or if there is any fault with the item. It is also very important and helpful for us to know the reason of the return.

For the return of items which you deem to be faulty or non-compliant, we reserve the right to request the sending of photographs certifying the fault. Once the request is approved we will send you a receipt and REFUND your puchase including the cost of sending it back to us within 14 days.

Bespoke Items - Bespoke hats and headpieces are made especially for you to match your outfit and very often with the same fabric of your dress or suit.  For this reason please note that we can not accept returns on bespoke hats and headpieces.
